A FULL-TIME schedule internship is a program dedicated to all graduates carrying diplomas in aircraft engineering or any aviation technical related diploma. The program is intended to help freshly graduated young people to adhere to a job in their field of studies and gain the desired expertise and hands-on experience for pursuing a career as a licensed aircraft engineer.
Graduate and master program requirements
- Diploma of Bachelor and/or Master (if still MA student than copy of acceptance letter to MA program)
- Letter of recommendation from one professor or employer
- English proficiency
- Computer skills mandatory Microsoft office Excel
- Resume/CV
- Two interviews with Human Resource responsible and direct supervisor or Maintenance Manager, upon availability
Advantages of a full – time internship
- Transportation from established point of meet to maintenance facility is provided by us
- Lunch is a must in our company and this is why we provide it to our full-time interns as well
- Student will receive study materials in electronic format for improving knowledge regarding work tasks and attributions
- Student will participate in tutorials for:
- MRO maintenance in-house procedures and standards
- Quality standards and MOE presentation
- Maintenance Planning and engineering
- English in aviation
- Intern will gain hands-on experience under surveillance of certifying authorized staff
- Intern will go through all technical related departments such as: Planning and Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing and storage
- Intern will be provided RCAA evaluation for required PART-147 modules for training courses mandatory for obtaining PART-66 license
- Intern can apply for logbook to RCAA and start completing required tasks for the PART-66 license
- Intern will benefit of all medical insurance and shall have same rights and obligations as any Dedalus employees
- Bonuses or incentives can be awarded to those interns that are evaluated by direct supervisor as having performed outstanding work during their internship
MA Student schedule
Master students can enroll as FULL TIME interns and will benefit of the following:
- Two weeks training and tutorials in:
- MRO maintenance in-house procedures and standards
- Quality standards and MOE presentation
- Maintenance Planning and engineering
- English in aviation
- Three months non-paid internship in technical department
- Six months paid internship as per evaluation and offered contract
- At 9 months of internship student can be offered employment contract upon finishing MA studies and dependent on direct supervisor evaluation and decision
